Drew Lock: Giants Said Daniel Jones QB1 amid Seahawks GM's Comments, McCarthy Rumors

It turns out Seattle Seahawks general manager John Schneider isn't fully informed about what the New York Giants are planning to do at quarterback next season.

Speaking to reporters at his introductory press conference on Friday, Lock said Giants' brass "conveyed" to him that Daniel Jones is going to be their starter in 2024.

After Lock signed a one-year deal with the Giants in free agency, Schneider said Thursday on his radio show on Seattle Sports 710AM (h/t NFL.com's Kevin Patra) that New York "basically sold him on the opportunity to compete to be the starter.
